Achievement report
Science Achievement information is being gathered and will be ready for this meeting. - set up PATs for science. Now deferred until Term 4 due to Covid Restrictions -

Special Character Self Review Report - presented by DRS's

Logitec Health and Safety Audit.  Board Health and Safety committee have walked through the report.

Personnel - update on "Flexible Working Arrangement"
Flexible Working Arrangement further information as requested.  NW will also give a verbal update of the next step which should be an "in committee" record.

Consultation

Progress with Maori consultation
Getting in touch with Marae and setting up a date- Nicola has contacted David Higgins who is happy to be part of the consultation in the building plans and Lorraine has been asked to ring to make a day early next term.

Term 1 - Monday 31st January - Thursday 14th April (includes Waitangi Day 7 Feb, Good Friday 15 Feb, Otago anniversary day 21 March) = 104 half days

Term 2 - 2 May - 8 July (Queen’s Birthday 6 June, Matariki 24 June) = 96 half days

Term 3 - Monday 25 July to Friday 30 September (100 half-days)

Term 4 - 17 October -  16 December (Labour day 24 Oct) = 88 half days


Total = 388 half days

384 half days = required number of half days


Includes 2 TODs dates to be determined

1 Accord TOD date to be determined


Move to delegate approval for the year 6 camp to the EOTC committee.

Teacher Only Days- 1st November structured literacy 
30th November to prepare for 2022.  (Please note and approve)
